We have 8 disciplines under one roof, which makes us a one stop shop for a project of any size. Our combination of architects and engineers is the Cyntergy secret sauce. At times, we banter like siblings, but we always walk away better equipped to handle whatever this crazy industry throws our way. Our full house provides opportunities for mutual respect and leaves no room for information to get lost in translation. You don’t need the whole enchilada? 01. CIVIL ENGINEERING

We’ll give you some dirt on this troop: our team does more development than a middle school friend group. Large industrial, small niche, previously existing – you name the site, we’ll develop it…and grade it…and bring utilities to it. This crew digs into a vat of information to get the ball rolling on your project. If you think Lebron James drains them all, you haven’t seen this team yet. We clear the water and pave the way for the rest of the gang to do their thing.

02. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

What do you get when you cross Mick Jagger, Beyonce and Michael Jackson? A rock star lineup who brings the house down (figuratively of course). Sounds like our structural team – they truly do it all. From renovations to new builds and evaluations to full design, this crew is willing to tackle big and small projects alike. It’s pretty much a guarantee – a building designed by us ain’t going anywhere. We err on the side of safety and superiority, a combination that produces some stellar results. The other disciplines would disagree, but some say, “if the bones are good, the rest don’t matter,” and we tend to agree.

03. ARCHITECTURE

There’s the classic experience you’ll find working with any architect: the master planning, programming and construction documents produced on time and within budget. Then there’s the Cyntergy experience – we use the classic experience as our baseline and turn it up a notch. Working with us means access to our crew of widely versatile architects who run around with our engineers on the daily. We use our renderings, promotional videos and immersive experience of virtual reality to bring your project to life. We’re a team who sees your vision and runs after it with you, helping you best impact the people in your circle.

04. INTERIOR DESIGN

Our interiors team works hand in hand with our architecture crew to design spaces you’ll be proud to call yours. Word on the street is that interior designers just pick paint colors and pillows. In reality, we’re here to do a lot more than that. We take a deep dive into the detailing of the interior environment and design the nitty-gritty alongside you. Whether you need finishes, a permit set or a full-blown build out, we’re game to provide whatever portion of our skills hits the mark. Simply put, we’re a team of individual experts who come together to produce killer spaces.

05. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Duct…duct…GOOSE!

You’ll be running in circles trying to find a better mechanical group than ours. Not crappy and never stuffy, our plumbing and ventilation designs will blow your socks off while our refrigeration design will have you chillin’ out maxin’ relaxin’ all cool. We pride ourselves in diving into the details to ensure optimal comfort. When it comes to personnel development, this squad’s track record is definitely brag-worthy. Seasoned engineers come alongside newbies to create a win-win for clients and coworkers alike. We’ve got Allstate beat when we say, “you’re in good hands.”

06. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

Are you scared of the dark? If so, this team has you covered – from specialty lighting to emergency systems, we make sure no corner is left unlit. From the power running in your walls to the vehicle charging stations on your property, we’ll keep you more electrically charged than the Energizer bunny. Let’s shed some light on our bright crew of engineers: we’re consistently consistent and communication runs in our veins. Our electrical team collaborates with the client, contractor and our multi-discipline gang from kick-off all the way to ribbon cutting. We’re confident this group will have you singing “I’ve got the power” by the time your project is complete.

07. FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERING

If our fire protection team has anything to say about it, you’ll never have to put your second grade stop, drop, and roll skills to the test. We care about what we put our name on because, after all, your life depends on it. Whether your project calls for performance-based or prescriptive-based documentation, we’ll do the full fire sprinkler design for you. We pride ourselves on using cutting edge technology in the office and our go to move on the dance floor (The Sprinkler, duh). If you feel like “it’s getting hot in here,” we recommend following our emergency system and not Nelly’s advice but hey, you do you.

08. CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Our construction crew is hungry, humble, smart and always has your back. We’ll give you the inside scoop: this team eats, breathes and sleeps construction. Solely dedicated to the project follow through, our boots are always on the ground…literally. We’re pretty darn good at it (if we do say so ourselves) because we’re a part of the design process from day one. We bridge the design and construction worlds to take your vision from paper to reality. We know the process can be a bumpy ride, so it’s our goal to make the journey as smooth as possible.
