People Inc. had good idea of the layouts and processes they were wanting in their new space, but they couldn’t quite visualize what the building might look like built out. The final 11,605sf administrative office building combined a private office section with a large lobby that became a showpiece to house the company’s board of directors and history throughout its 30+ years in service.
