Greenheck made their way to t-town!
Phase one of the 120-acre Tulsa campus serves as both a manufacturing facility and a distribution center for the Accurex brand of commercial kitchen ventilation products as well as its Tempered Air Products (TAP) division. In addition, the first phase included a 27,000sf two-story contemporary office space – a product display area, a client entertainment venue, a 75-person training room, an open office concept, multiple conference rooms, a large breakroom, a covered patio and outdoor area – they’ve pretty much got it all. This working space incorporated the latest technologies in production capabilities and utilizes energy efficient lighting with a full climate-controlled manufacturing area to provide a comfortable and stress-reducing work environment for employees.
Phase two began with a masterplan of the entire parcel, addressing Greenheck’s 10+ year objectives for the site. The second phase included two 100,000sf manufacturing facilities and associated site development as well as a design for the relocation and reconstruction of an existing blue line stream – as identified in the USGS mapping system. This phase totaled over 52 acres.
All facilities were designed as tilt up wall structures with portions of the overhead steel structure used for various cranes throughout the floor area.
