Our civil crew provided a master site plan, engineering and permitting for the first 2.5 million square foot distribution center in Tulsa. 11,000 LF of public water line, 7500 LF of public storm water line, 1300 LF of public sanitary sewer line, flood plan mitigation and on-site detention design – we pulled out all the stops for this one. Four traffic signals and 1.25 miles of new road infrastructure later, the project was completed and permitted in four months, from conception to start of earthwork.
