The Broken Arrow Rose District has quickly become the hot spot in the area, so the City of Broken Arrow saw the need for a mixed-use space. Our full-service team worked with the city to design a two-acre development with a 150,000sf mixed-use building. New restaurants, retail and class A office space fill the 36,000sf ground floor, and the three floors above accommodate 96 high-end residential living spaces – around 111,000sf of new one and two bedroom units.
