The Grand River Dam Authority relocated their administration and operations teams to Mid America Industrial Park, and our full-service crew partnered with them to design a multi-story office building, grossing around 50,000sf. This new space will bring departments currently located throughout northeastern Oklahoma under one roof. Included in the scope is a welcome area, large meeting room, café, office space and support spaces.
