Their first expansion outside of Alabama is a 100,000sf production plant. Our civil team provided a conceptual site layout, engineering and permitting, as well as 2400LF of public water line, an on-site storm water system and 2050LF of public sanitary sewer line. Our crew also completed a water flow test and coordinated closely with all utilities that we extended to the building both public and private. We contracted with and managed sub-consultants including geotechnical engineering, seismic testing, environment services and surveying.
