TCC Metro Campus is our next door neighbor, which made this project a whole lot of fun. In a move to relocate their home office to existing campuses, TCC pulled us in to design each space with the unique perspective of each team while still maintaining a cohesive culture throughout. The move allowed for the upper level management team to be more engaged with campus activities as well as provide better access and availability. A heavy remodel to an existing 95 year old building, this project included the relocation of the existing campus store into a more prominent location right on the corner of 10^th and Cincinnati in downtown Tulsa plus a full renovation of student spaces incorporating a new student lounge and coffee shop with outdoor patio seating.

Additionally, the Masterplan of multiple campuses for Tulsa Community College creates a long term plan for growth across the city. This includes the renovation to existing facilities (like our neighbor Metro Campus) as well as the planning for future facilities.
