In collaboration with the team at TTCU, we rooted design decisions in the customer experience both inside and outside the space. The heavy use of glass in the open community space was intended to create a bright and airy environment of warmth and hospitality to be utilized by both credit union patrons and local citizens alike. Each branch incorporates a community mural wall to further promote involvement. In line with the mission of TTCU, the prototype was designed to be more than just a credit union branch, the aim is a space that the local community is proud to call their own.
