Members of the Pi Kappa Alpha Alpha Zeta Chapter were ready for a renovation and expansion of their historic, mid-century modern fraternity house – insert us. This project provided many unique challenges to the design team, who studied the mid-century modern structure in depth to ensure the changes and additions came together to still feel like home. We concluded with a product we’re pretty proud of and a place the members are excited to call their own.
